Job Summary
To support a growing gifting platform, the full-time Lead Product Designer will design user interfaces and experiences for Goody's web application, collaborating closely with the co-founder and product team while working remotely from North America.
Key responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for both sender and recipient interactions within the web application
- Collaborate with product teams to evolve product direction based on design findings
- Gather user feedback and conduct research to inform design decisions and evolve Goody's design language
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep sense of craft and quality in design
- Ability to work independently in a non-management role while taking ownership of projects
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Understanding of integrating AI/ML in practical and beneficial ways
