Job Summary
To support the development of innovative financial tools, the full-time Lead Product Designer will oversee complex design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Spend & Expense management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee design projects, establishing a clear vision and making high-impact design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative culture to achieve shared goals
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to expand core product offerings for diverse customer needs
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in product design with a proven track record from concept to launch
- Experience in FinTech or a related industry is preferred
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and mentor other designers in their craft
