As a Lead Product Designer focused on Design Systems, this full-time remote position will shape the design system for HighLevel's product experience, collaborating with design leadership and engineering teams to enhance usability and accessibility while driving innovation in AI-assisted development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for design system areas based on product needs and usage data
- Define and evolve visual foundations, including tokens, theming, and component design
- Guide product teams in utilizing the design system and incorporate feedback to improve it
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience, particularly with multi-team design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing system-level case studies with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma libraries and front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and experience designing accessible components
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
