Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Customer Reporting and Admin Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing data and reporting products, including self-serve dashboards and automated reports
- Improve customer admin tools for managing coaching programs and enhance usability for HR and L&D teams
- Define product strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to develop AI-powered insights and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products
- 3+ years working on data products, analytics tools, or reporting experiences
- 2+ years working with AI/ML-driven product features
- Fluency with SQL and experience with data pipelines or ETL processes
- Comfort working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
