Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Leasing Platform to assist in modernizing their core platform and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through research
• Design and execute experimentation strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software Product Management
• Experience in regulated industries such as FinTech, payments, or lending
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform product decisions
• Experience leading or supporting platform migrations or vendor transitions is preferred
