Job Summary
Leading the enhancement of customer experience, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience will manage the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application, focusing on usability, satisfaction, and the overall rider journey.
Key responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider experience through user feedback analysis and market trend research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for creating personalized and effective rider experiences
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a tech or startup environment
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with modern AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a plus
