Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Lead Product Manager will own the product areas relied upon by developers, mapping and improving end-to-end workflows across various organizational boundaries while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the product vision and strategy for developer productivity, aligning it with broader organizational goals
- Own and improve cross-cutting developer workflows, identifying and addressing pain points in collaboration with various teams
- Define and operationalize metrics to measure developer productivity, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in developer tooling, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of improving developer productivity with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of technical architecture for scalable systems and modern AI-powered developer workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Familiarity with developer productivity research and frameworks (DORA, SPACE, DevEx) is a plus
