Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product roadmap for utility system integrations, the full-time Lead Product Manager will drive the development of APIs and automation tools to enhance customer onboarding and integration with utility operational systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for integrations across CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS, optimizing investment across multiple channels
- Develop and extend internal APIs into a cohesive public API surface to facilitate customer onboarding and enhance usability
- Translate complex utility technical requirements into clear product specifications to balance platform stability and rapid execution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software product management experience with a focus on APIs, platform products, or third-party integrations
- Strong knowledge of utility operations, including familiarity with CIS and ADMS systems
- Experience navigating security, compliance, and IT governance reviews with client technical teams
- Proven ability to synthesize non-standard requirements from multiple stakeholders into a coherent product plan
- Direct exposure to utility control room operations or NERC CIP requirements is a strong plus
