Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem, the full-time Lead Product Manager will define the 3-year strategy and roadmap, build internal financial tools, and drive workflow changes across finance teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem, aligning with Project TrueNorth priorities
• Build and deliver platform capabilities such as reconciliation reports and data products for internal finance users
• Drive adoption of ledger-based workflows across Treasury, Accounting, and Payment Operations, replacing manual processes with reliable tools

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 4 years in fintech or enterprise SaaS focused on financial data and reconciliation
• Experience building products for internal finance or operations users, specifically in Treasury, Accounting, or FP&A
• Deep understanding of financial data flows, including ledgering, bank reconciliation, and month-end close processes
• Proven track record of platform delivery, including writing PRDs and tracking outcomes with metrics
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Finance, Risk, Compliance, or Legal stakeholders
