Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the future of the MCP server and integrations that power Lattice AI, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will shape platform strategy, deliver new tools and resources, and drive go-to-market initiatives while collaborating with engineering and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy, defining features and integrations that enhance Lattice's offerings
- Ship integrations that expand the functionality of Lattice data in various workflows for admins, managers, and executives
- Serve as a technical thought partner to Engineering, guiding the design of MCP tools and third-party integration infrastructure
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on integrations and platform surfaces
- Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem
- Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, data sync, and authentication methods
- Proven track record of shipping scalable and reliable integrations in collaboration with engineering teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external partners
