Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Compliance Audit product, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage an AI-powered automated auditing platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing dealer workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Compliance Audit, integrating compliance requirements into the broader deal workflow
• Conduct interviews with dealers and compliance officers to identify gaps in compliance rules and document types
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent compliance logic and represent the product's roadmap to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending products
• Hands-on experience with FTC Used Car Rule and fair lending compliance requirements
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is a core value proposition
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
