Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Carrot's platform, the remote Lead Product Manager will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor other product managers while partnering with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, translating company priorities into a prioritized execution plan
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning various teams around a shared vision and goals
• Serve as a thought partner and mentor to other Product Managers, enhancing product processes and craft

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology company
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to execution
• Strong product sense with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience mentoring or guiding less-experienced product managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing peers and senior leadership
