Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product for job seeker profiles and application flows, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage stakeholder collaboration, enhance user experience, and drive conversion metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for the job seeker profile and apply flow, setting KPIs and managing individual screens and questions
• Align cross-functional teams on a shared roadmap and navigate conflicting requirements to drive decision-making
• Analyze metrics related to application starts, completions, and profile accuracy to inform product improvements and user experience enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of proven success in product management with a strong record of delivering results
• Experience managing products that require alignment across multiple teams with competing goals
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and high-traffic consumer flows
• Proven experience in improving high-volume consumer flows through sustained experimentation
• Fluency in AI/ML product features and their evaluation pre- and post-launch
