Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly entrepreneurial Lead Product Manager for a remote, contract position focused on the zero-to-one development of a new ERP application, responsible for defining, launching, and integrating an enterprise-grade product within an existing SaaS ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and adoption of the new ERP
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate seamlessly with existing SaaS products
- Collaborate with engineering to leverage pre-built shared backend services to accelerate time-to-market
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications, ideally in ERP or HRIS
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not just maintaining legacy systems
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products
