Job Summary

Leading user-centric growth initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will own the end-to-end user growth funnel for Quora's core product, focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the user growth funnel, emphasizing acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile platforms
• Understand user needs and build engaging experiences to expand Quora's reach to new demographics
• Run structured experimentation to inform product strategy and roadmap using qualitative and quantitative insights

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on user growth for consumer products
• Proven track record of measurable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics
• Strong foundation in user research and design principles
• Excellent communication skills across various audiences
• Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and scale products through experimentation
