Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive the zero-to-one development of a new ERP application, the contract Lead Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working remotely in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for the new ERP, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and adoption
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate seamlessly with existing SaaS products
- Collaborate with engineering to leverage pre-built shared backend services to accelerate time-to-market
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications, preferably in ERP or HRIS
- Demonstrated experience building products completely from scratch
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products
