Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and lifecycle of the Ethernet network product, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage product vision, prioritize feature backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to retirement
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to define product capabilities and prioritize features
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in product management or technical product ownership within telecommunications or networking
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product, including strategy, delivery, and performance management
• Experience operating in an Agile or SAFe delivery environment, including backlog prioritization and cross-functional coordination
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet services and network technologies, with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
