Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of proactive care solutions, the full-time Lead Product Manager will own the customer outcome from validated problem to commercial product, working remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance senior living care through innovative AI and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uncover needs and test concepts with care staff, ensuring alignment with executive and clinical teams
• Define MVPs, manage alpha and beta programs, and establish clear exit criteria at each stage gate
• Design intervention workflows that integrate seamlessly into caregiver routines and improve care outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1 and achieving commercial adoption, preferably with 6+ years in product management
• Experience in clinical, caregiving, or other high-stakes operational workflows
• Data and machine learning literacy, with the ability to communicate complex signals to non-technical users
• Strong prototyping and user testing skills, with a bias for early feedback
• Commercial acumen linking outcomes to ROI for enterprise buyers, with a preference for senior living or clinical backgrounds
