Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly entrepreneurial Lead Product Manager for a remote, contract position to spearhead the zero-to-one development of a new ERP application, defining and launching an enterprise-grade product that integrates into the existing SaaS solutions while collaborating with a fast-paced, AI-driven engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for the new ERP from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and adoption
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate seamlessly with the existing SaaS product ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineering to effectively utilize pre-built shared backend services to accelerate time-to-market
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications, preferably ERP or HRIS
- Demonstrated experience building products completely from scratch
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products
