Lead Product Manager
Job Summary
To spearhead the zero-to-one development of a new ERP application, the contract Lead Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle, design complex integrations, and collaborate with a highly technical engineering team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for the new ERP from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and adoption
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate seamlessly with existing SaaS products
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure the product meets enterprise-grade requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications, preferably ERP or HRIS
- Demonstrated experience building products completely from scratch
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products
