Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the agent runtime and evaluation layer of Foundry, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage the platform that enables non-engineers to create and deploy AI agents, focusing on automation lifecycle, evaluations, and integration with broader systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and oversee the agent runtime platform, ensuring non-engineers can manage automations from idea to production
• Define evaluation processes for automations, collaborating with engineering to establish testing protocols and quality assurance measures
• Design tools for fund administration teams to supervise and manage large fleets of agents, ensuring effective oversight and usability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years in an AI-focused role
• Proven track record of managing complex product areas end-to-end, ideally in a zero-to-one context
• Hands-on experience with agent evaluation processes, including automated testing and regression gates
• Strong engineering collaboration skills, with a product mindset to engage deeply with technical teams
• Fluency with LLMs and AI tools, capable of prototyping and leveraging AI for enhanced productivity
