Job Summary
Owning the behavioral decisioning capabilities, the full-time Lead Product Manager will define product strategy and collaborate with engineering to enhance customer engagement through innovative trigger mechanisms in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Behavioral decisioning layer across Da Vinci and Studio
- Partner with engineering to define and evolve the trigger library and declarative pattern framework
- Identify and prioritize high-value behavioral use cases, translating insights into actionable requirements
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical product domains
- Ability to conceptualize event-driven systems and translate them into clear product requirements
- Strong prioritization skills to distinguish high-leverage investments from parity work
- Experience navigating ambiguous ownership boundaries in cross-functional environments
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across engineering, CX, sales, and executive stakeholders
