Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Smart Room, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage the integration of bedside technology and patient experience solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Smart Room offerings, ensuring alignment with EHR systems and enhancing patient experiences
• Lead product evaluations and strategic partnerships with hardware and virtual care providers, overseeing integration design and certification processes
• Define success metrics and engage with key accounts to drive product adoption and measure outcomes in healthcare settings

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or hospital environments
• Proven experience in shipping products that integrate software, hardware, and third-party solutions
• Strong understanding of HL7v2, FHIR, and EHR integration processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology partnerships and make strategic prioritization decisions
• Excellent executive communication skills and capability to influence without direct authority
