Lead Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the AI capability roadmap, the full-time salaried Lead Product Manager, AI will manage model readiness, quality, and cost while overseeing the integration of AI techniques into product offerings in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every model release passes an AI-readiness gate focused on accuracy, false alarms, and review cost
• Oversee the capability roadmap across edge and cloud, ensuring cross-team leverage and effective model deployment
• Track emerging AI techniques and integrate relevant advancements into SafelyYou's capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading ML or computer vision products in production
• Fluency in modern AI/ML technologies, including computer vision and multimodal models
• Experience deploying models under real-world constraints, balancing latency and accuracy
• Evidence-driven approach to design evaluations and run shadow deployments
• Strongly preferred experience with human-in-the-loop systems or safety-critical AI in healthcare
