Job Summary
As the first Lead Product Manager, AI, the full-time remote position will manage conversational AI and agent experiences for consumers and Pros, overseeing the AI roadmap, customer AI chat, and integration of AI within existing workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI roadmap, determining the development order for consumer and Pro AI features
- Oversee customer AI chat functionalities, enabling homeowners to complete tasks like rescheduling services
- Integrate AI experiences into existing consumer and Pro workflows, ensuring seamless interactions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on launching AI products
- Proven track record of delivering AI products to real users, including experience with chatbots or conversational AI
- Strong ability to define quality benchmarks and evaluate AI experiences before launch
- Experience in strategic prioritization backed by data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
