Lead Product Manager, IAM

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the Identity Platform strategy, the full-time salaried Lead Product Manager, IAM will deliver a seamless account creation and management experience for consumers while providing tools for staff users, ensuring security and user satisfaction across Mindbody's ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Mindbody's unified identity platform, focusing on authentication, authorization, and account management
• Enhance consumer identity systems to provide secure and user-friendly experiences for business customers and their clients
• Lead large-scale identity migrations and rollouts, ensuring secure transitions for enterprise customers and millions of consumers

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in Identity & Access Management or related fields
• Demonstrated success in owning IAM for both enterprise and consumer products
• Experience with unified identity platforms across multiple SaaS applications
• Proven track record leading major identity migrations and high-scale rollouts
• Deep expertise in identity standards and technologies such as OAuth 2.0, SAML SSO, and MFA
