Lead Product Manager, NetSuite

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Lead Product Manager, NetSuite to manage the Order-to-Cash initiatives within the IT Business Applications team, this full-time remote role will oversee business process optimization and systems automation, focusing on order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash product lifecycle within NetSuite, including roadmap and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure efficient billing and revenue recognition, reducing manual effort and financial close times
• Lead and support NetSuite ERP projects related to Order-to-Cash and billing areas, ensuring best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience across the full software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration and process design
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes such as billing and revenue recognition
• Demonstrated experience delivering Order-to-Cash solutions in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; NetSuite certifications preferred
