Lead Product Manager, Risk

Job Summary

Driving the Pay Later risk decisioning roadmap, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Risk will improve risk models, set credit limits and pricing policies, and manage data partnerships while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve risk models through approval, testing, and rollout processes
• Set credit limits and pricing policies, including new risk grids and spending power rules
• Own the bureau data partnership, determining data collection and its integration into models

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in fintech risk, credit, or underwriting with knowledge of the full ML lifecycle
• Proven record of impacting business metrics on fast-scaling products
• Strong data fluency, including A/B testing and SQL proficiency
• Understanding of US consumer finance regulations, with experience in compliance and legal partnerships
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make trade-offs between pricing, limits, and credit risk
