Lead Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Lead Production Support Engineer with experience in healthcare management systems, the full-time remote role will manage L3 production support for GuidingCare and Facets platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and develop automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Healthcare Payer applications and investigate production incidents
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting to reduce manual operational effort
- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or development related to healthcare management systems
- Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and strong familiarity with databases
- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs
- Knowledge of healthcare industry concepts such as Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance terms
- Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries
