Job Summary
To support the Elevate central PMO, the remote full-time Lead Program Manager will manage integrated program planning, provide strategic decision support, and enhance program governance to ensure effective execution and transparency across initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Connect releases, deployments, and program dependencies into an integrated view to identify risks early
- Translate scope and capacity constraints into clear recommendations for leadership prioritization and resourcing decisions
- Lead governance processes to improve delivery control while minimizing unnecessary complexity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex, ambiguous situations
- Experience in executive communications and decision management
