Lead Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex partner implementations, the full-time Lead Program Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, guiding partner sites through implementation planning, readiness, and launch activities in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing implementation lead for assigned partner programs, ensuring alignment and effective facilitation of planning and launch activities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional deliverables to support successful transitions from implementation to operations
• Facilitate strategic implementation meetings with stakeholders to clarify decisions, manage risks, and maintain accountability across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for consulting or client-facing delivery roles
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in fast-paced environments
• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or equivalent
