Lead Project Controls Estimator

Job Summary

Acting as the project controls lead for large or high-risk projects, the full-time Lead Project Controls Estimator will coordinate cost and schedule activities, interface with client stakeholders, and identify project-level risks while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost, estimating, and schedule workstreams on complex projects
• Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers to ensure project alignment
• Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks to support project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in cost and schedule management software
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
