Job Summary
Leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, the full-time Lead Project Manager for Enterprise IT Delivery will manage the full project lifecycle remotely, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT priorities and successful delivery of integrated solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with enterprise IT priorities and stakeholder requirements
- Oversee the successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or related fields
- Experience with large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Workday
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery, change management, and project governance
