Lead Project Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic outcomes and business value, the remote Lead Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of ITMO & Cyber initiatives, ensuring effective project implementation and operational support while collaborating with the Portfolio Owner and managing cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of program strategies to align with business goals and priorities
- Manage project health throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance procedures and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders
- Implement performance monitoring and financial management mechanisms to ensure projects meet key performance indicators and budgetary goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-8 years of strategic program management experience
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in large-scale project implementation
- Domain knowledge specific to Infrastructure and Cyber systems
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and model financial impacts
