Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the entire life cycle of major events, the full-time Lead Project Manager will coordinate between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining documentation and communication of project needs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of large events from contract signing to final closing
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for user support and manage product requirements with the engineering team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting, with a preference for non-events backgrounds
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is advantageous
