Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Guiding large-scale, complex customer deployments, the full-time remote Lead Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, serve as the primary customer contact, and coordinate internal and external teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Analyze project progress and provide status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of related experience
• Experience managing complex customer-facing technology implementations
• Knowledge of fiber delivery projects and infrastructure activities
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience preparing executive-level project updates
