Lead Project Manager for AI Initiatives
Job Summary
To support the company's growing portfolio of AI programs, the full-time Lead Project Manager for AI Initiatives will manage project governance, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an inventory of active AI initiatives, ensuring governance and tracking of progress and risks
- Partner with initiative owners to develop project plans and facilitate planning sessions across AI workstreams
- Produce status reports and dashboards for executive visibility, including initiative health and ROI indicators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience managing technology or software implementation programs, preferably in AI or SaaS
- Strong command of project governance frameworks, including risk management and milestone tracking
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools like Azure DevOps or Smartsheet
- Familiarity with AI tooling ecosystems and relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) preferred
