Lead Project Planner
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner to project leadership, the full-time remote Lead Project Planner will define planning approaches and schedule strategies for complex hydropower projects, ensuring robust progress tracking and proactive risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules and baselines for complex projects
- Drive advanced schedule analysis and identify schedule risks, developing mitigation and recovery plans
- Facilitate planning reviews with stakeholders and mentor Planners and Schedulers to promote best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience in EPC or complex project environments
- Advanced knowledge of planning methodologies and proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong experience in hydropower, energy, or industrial project execution
- Experience in schedule recovery, change management, and delay analysis
