Lead Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, the full-time remote Lead Project Planner and Scheduler will manage a large portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and facilitating collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 2 and Level 3 Integrated Project Schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with global planning standards
• Conduct critical path analysis and monitor project progress to identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present schedule updates to stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication of project timelines and commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling within a complex engineering or EPC environment using Primavera P6
• Experience in Power Generation and Heavy Industrial Equipment preferred
