Lead Provider Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Independently defining and building the analytics function for Provider Operations, the full-time Lead Provider Operations Analyst will manage reporting and analysis spanning provider funnel, coverage, quality, retention, and forecasting, all while working remotely and enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the reporting and analysis backbone for Provider Operations, focusing on various metrics including sourcing, onboarding, and retention
• Partner with Provider Operations leadership to translate operational context into actionable analysis and insights
• Develop and refine dashboards and reporting tools to monitor the health of the provider network and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or a related field, preferably in a marketplace or operations-heavy environment
• Demonstrated ability to create impactful reporting and analysis that influences operational decisions
• Proficiency in SQL and modern dashboarding/BI tools
• Experience in translating complex analyses for non-analytical audiences
• Strong background in operations or high-volume service environments
