Job Summary

Leading the evolution of public relations through AI, the full-time Lead Public Relations Specialist will design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance media relations, content development, and strategic communications while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled public relations and strategic communications workflows to improve media engagement and reputation management
• Identify and pursue strategic communication opportunities by leveraging AI to monitor trends, stories, and media conversations relevant to the organization's mission
• Collaborate with the President and senior leadership to develop compelling narratives and media content that enhance the organization's visibility and influence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, or media relations
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance communications and media engagement
• Knowledge of the global media landscape and experience in cultivating media relationships
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills, with the ability to leverage AI for content optimization
