Lead QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support a new product initiative, the full-time Lead QA Engineer will design and build end-to-end testing pipelines, define quality strategies for AI-generated code, and ensure product reliability in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the end-to-end testing pipeline, including pre-merge checks and automated UI testing
- Define and execute the quality strategy for AI-generated code, focusing on risk assessment and sustainability
- Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to integrate quality into the development process and drive quality initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and owning testing processes for complex products with high reliability requirements
- Strong engineering background with knowledge of system architecture, CI/CD, and deployment processes
- Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Daily use of AI coding agents as part of testing and development processes
- Fluent in Russian
