Lead RCM Specialist
Job Summary
Leading a team of Revenue Cycle Management professionals, the remote Lead RCM Specialist will provide oversight, mentorship, and expertise in insurance accounts receivable while driving operational improvements and analyzing payer trends.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and mentorship to domestic and offshore RCM team members
- Serve as the subject matter expert for payer AR, handling complex escalations and insurance disputes
- Analyze payer trends and denial patterns, implementing process improvements to optimize outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of related work experience in administration, financial, insurance, or billing required
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and understand data flow across platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
