Owning complex analytical workstreams, the full-time Lead Research Analyst will translate large workforce datasets into actionable insights, develop executive-ready narratives, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

- Review and validate analytical work from team members to maintain quality and rigor
