Job Summary
To enhance cancer surveillance and public health research, the full-time remote Lead Research Analyst will manage cancer registry record linkage activities, develop methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders on research initiatives and data integration projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzes data using advanced statistical methods and prepares results for reports and publications
- Develops and maintains linkage procedures, quality assurance processes, and training materials for FCDS staff
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to support the modernization and effective use of cancer registry systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred
- Proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, SAS, or R
- Skilled in Python and Julia programming languages
- Experience in record linkage and data analysis
