Lead Residential Solar Operations
Job Summary
Leading a team remotely, the full-time Lead Residential Solar Operations will oversee the performance and maintenance of a residential solar portfolio, manage strategic partner relationships, and facilitate issue resolution while driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with partners and service providers to ensure operational success and quick issue resolution
- Lead and develop the service team, providing training and mentorship to enhance service execution
- Compile reports and analyze maintenance trends to drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in the Solar or Energy industry
- Advanced knowledge of the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems
- Experience using Excel for analysis and data communication
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
- NABCEP professional certification or relevant manufacturer install certifications are a plus
