Job Summary
Leading the QA and Partner Success initiatives, the full-time Lead Residential Solar QA will manage strategic partner relationships, oversee installation quality across projects, and develop a team of QA and Operations specialists while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing partnerships with Residential Solar sales and installation partners to ensure operational and financial success
- Oversee the review of solar projects for compliance with quality standards and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
- Lead and develop the Solar QA and Operations team, focusing on training, team growth, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Residential Solar installation, operations, QA/QC, or a related function
- Strong understanding of the solar interconnection process and installation practices
- Ability to review and interpret project documentation and installation photos
- Experience in leading a team and managing external partners
- Exceptional organizational and document management skills
