Lead Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Lead Risk Analyst for a remote contract position, who will manage a portfolio of security findings and remediation plans, review evidence packages for completeness, and partner with various stakeholders to resolve workflow issues and drive timely risk reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security findings and remediation plans, ensuring timely risk reduction through effective coordination and follow-up
• Review and document remediation plans, providing audit-defensible approval recommendations within assigned authority
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow and evidence-related issues, while supporting operational reporting and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in risk management and cybersecurity
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and data validation
