Job Summary
Leading hands-on engineering efforts, the full-time remote Lead Salesforce Engineer will shape and implement the Salesforce Core CRM strategy, design and deploy Salesforce solutions, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and implement Salesforce Core CRM strategy and architecture in partnership with technical leads
- Design, configure, build, test, and document Salesforce solutions using various development tools
- Collaborate with agile product teams to assess business use cases and guide technical decisions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in complex IT projects
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Core Cloud configuration and customization experience
- Successful delivery of Salesforce APIs and custom integrations with CRM products
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado
