Lead Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a team of analysts in their professional development, the full-time Lead Security Analyst will provide information security monitoring and response in the DFW, TX region, while mentoring junior staff and conducting in-depth incident analysis with no travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor analysts within the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Respond to escalated security incidents and conduct further analysis as needed
• Implement training initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Information Security
• Possession of CASP+ certification or an equivalent or higher certification
• Certifications in MDR Tool Suite from relevant vendors
